SmartAny Machine Condition Sensor (SAPL-MCS) : The SmartAny "Machine Condition Sensor" monitors the vibration levels and temperature of all industrial and domestic machineries and any time the vibration or temperature crosses a set threshold it shuts down the monitored machine along with notifying the owner via mobile app and email any time the vibration or temperature crosses a set threshold.
- Could easily shut down the monitored machine once the set vibration or temperature threshold is crossed.
- SAPL-MSC is able to control any standard industrial or domestic starter.
- SAPL-MSC is Wi-Fi ready and once connected to the network it sends the current state of the monitored machine continuously to the server.
- The monitored machine could be easily turned On or OFF from anywhere in the world using the SmartAny mobile APP.
- Once the set vibration or temperature threshold is reached or the machine is turned ON or OFF it notifies the machine owner about the state.
- SAPL-MSC has inbuilt timers for scheduled ON/OFF and safety OFF after a certain period of run to protect the machine.
- SAPL-MSC has three three power resume states as below and according to
your requirement would follow the pre-set state you have set it to after
power resumes post a power failure :
- Energy Saver: Irrespective of the state of the wall switch the monitored device shall stat OFF.
- Follow Last State: The monitored machine shall follow the state that it was in before the power failure and accordingly stay ON or OFF.
- Follow Wall Switch: If the wall switch is in ON position the device shall turn ON after power resumes and vice versa.
